What do I need to receive a quote?

To receive a quote for your order, we need the information we request in our quote form.

What are the requirements for provided clothing?

The provided garments should be clean and free from manufacturing defects. In case of screen printing, a fabric made of 100% cotton and with a weight of at least 180 g/m2 will work best.

How long does it take to complete an order?

The order fulfillment time depends on order quantity and the current order queue in production. Usually the order fulfillment time is 7 business days after the invoice has been paid. We always do our best to fulfill orders as fast as possible. Turnaround times may be shorter if you request express option.

What is the maximum print area?

Our standard print size is up to 35cm x 40cm. If required we can produce a larger print for an additional fee.

Where can I find your clothing catalog?

Send us a message via the Contact page or message us directly at contact@patsworkshop.pl. You can include the desired fit and color of the garment in the message.

What is the minimum quantity?

Our minimum is 1 piece per style.

Are you accepting cash on delivery?

We require all orders to be paid in full prior to the production process. If payment has not been made, the order will not be processed.
